What makes Max Fibre different?
  • We use the latest Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) broadband. It runs a cable directly to your property, delivering guaranteed download and streaming speeds with minimal network disruption.
What are the benefits of full fibre broadband (FTTP)?
  • FTTP broadband is much faster than standard fibre broadband and wireless networks. It offers speeds up to 1,000Mbps (megabits per second) – around 10x faster than other connections.
  • FTTP creates a more secure and reliable network - less lag, jitter, cut-outs and buffering times.
  • It’s designed to handle the next generation of smart technologies and internet speeds. No upgrades or extra installation is required.

Installing Max Fibre

How do I book my Max Fibre installation?
  • Start by selecting the package you want. Then book an installation date/time that suits you.
How do you install Max Fibre?
  • One of our engineers will visit your home. They’ll perform a broadband survey of your property, install your connection and show you how to get online and connect any devices.
How long will it take?
  • Every job and property is unique but we usually get new customers up and running in less than a couple of hours.
Can I decide where the installation equipment goes?
  • You can decide where the equipment goes, although the best location is the nearest plug point. A central location will also provide the best coverage.
  • Speak to your engineer or give us a call beforehand if you have any special requirements.
When can you install my new package?
  • Our engineers are available from 9am to 5pm, 5 days a week.
Can I rearrange the installation time/date?
  • Call us ASAP if you’re running late or can’t make the appointment. Our engineers are happy to work around your schedule. If that’s not possible, they’ll find you the next alternative slot.
Do I need a landline?
  • No. You don’t need a landline to get full fibre broadband.
